I thought that adding the model specific driver packages into MDT would fix the problem, but so far I have the same outcome as I did before adding them.
We have one Inject Driver task per model specifying the appropriate model, and then we use a WMI query to determine if that model should use that selection profile. The problem we'e having is that upon first connecting to the printer, the driver must be installed by an admin. For what it's worth this is on server 2013R2 Reply ladewig October 23, 2014 at 4:20 am I had created something a while back before the catalog existed that scraped the Reply Daniel October 8, 2014 at 9:55 am The OptiPlex 760 throws the error "did not get Driver Package" when I tried to get the Windows 7 drivers. See it in action! Just in our environment, MDT took us from 51 separate client images to one image, allowed us to remotely image entire sites, and to completely get out of managing drivers!
